Gender Equality Plan
The Gender Equality Plan (GEP) 2024-2025 provides for the establishment of concrete actions covering two key strategic areas of action: creating equal opportunities in the workplace, where fairness is ensured (AREA 1), and effective integration of the gender dimension in the research process (AREA 2).

The Plan provides: the Appointment of a Gender Equality Officer (GEO); Annual Gender Equality Audit; Mandatory Gender and Inclusion Training; Work-life Balance Measure; Research design; research Collaborations; Research on Gender Bias for AI algorithms and datasets; Monitoring and Evaluation; Management Commitment
